Warranty & Guarantee

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds: We try to do the right thing and give the benefit of doubt in all instances. It is our goal to exceed your expectations. If you are not happy with any of our products, simply return it to us within 12 months of order date and we'll promptly exchange it or issue a refund, whichever you prefer (unless of course the product has already been in daily use without problems, or has been subjected to extraordinary wear and tear. For example: please do not wear a garment for 3 months and then return it for a refund). Please email us first and let us know it is coming. If the problem is our fault, we will pay the return postage to us, but you must let us know first. You can also call us on one of our international freephone numbers.

The exception to the policy is sizing in regards to Sheepskin Coats which are custom made to order.
